Over the course of his career, Mr. Yoder has handled hundreds of cases across the United States and recovered more than $7,000,000.00 for his clients since 2018. Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. Yoder focuses his practice on constitutional litigation, civil rights, and whistleblower & employment disputes.
Of recent, Mr. Yoder blocked the Biden Administration from terminating federal employees who submitted religious accommodation requests. Mr. Yoder also represents the United States military and successfully survived the government’s motion to dismiss – the only case to do so thus far in the country.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Yoder litigated cases against Antifa, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio and DC Mayor, Muriel Bowser. He has sued state leaders including Governor Cuomo, Governor Pritzker, and Governor Newsom, and has sued notable public organizations including Planned Parenthood, Antifa, and fought for our military against corporate giant 3M.
Outside of complex civil litigation, Mr. Yoder has also represented numerous whistleblowers against insurance, corporate, and government corruption. Prior to practicing in Washington, D.C., Mr. Yoder studied the Mafia's criminal enterprise in Florence, Italy and international patent and copyright infringement in the European Union. In 2017, Mr. Yoder traveled to The Hague, Netherlands and attended portions of former Côte d'Ivorian President, Laurent Gbabgo's criminal trial after he was charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity in the International Criminal Court.
Mr. Yoder practices throughout the United States and has represented clients from 47 of 50 states. He has also represented citizens from foreign nations and focuses his practice on litigating in federal courts throughout the country.
